When ordering or registering on through our Farmigo online ordering site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to allow us to process your membership and/or order.
We collect information from you when you place an order through our Farmigo online ordering site or subscribe to one of our mailing lists.
We will use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our mailing lists, respond to a survey or marketing communication or use certain other site features to keep you updated about FreshFix and process your membership or purchases.
All of our ordering and payment information is processed through Farmigo, Farmigo has focused its efforts in making the payment transactions secure. All payment information has a secure SSL connection and is stored in a PCI compliant method. As part of our contract with Farmigo, they have agreed to hold in confidence, and will not, disclose to any third party any PII collected on our customers.
If you disable cookies, you will need to login to the Farmigo website with your name and password every time you want to place or change any order.

FreshFix customer will receive two different types of e-mails. You will receive automatic e-mails about order and payment confirmation through our Farmigo site. As long as you have a current FreshFix subscription, you cannot opt out of these e-mails. All customers will also be subscribed to receive e-mail updates that include information about produce availability and any changes that we may make to our policies or delivery schedule. Non-customers may also selected to sign-up for these e-mails. Anyone can unsubscribe from the e-mail updates at any time, though we strong recommend against unsubscribing if you are a current customer as you may miss pertinent information that relates to our service.
